This course covers Palliative Care, Supportive Care, Terminal Care, Stages in Death, Dying and Bereavement, Dementia in relation to end of life. The course is Care Act 2014 compliant and adheres to Care Certificate Standards. This course also encompasses the Core Capabilities Framework for Supporting Autistic People, Domains A to E at Tier 2. Considerations for individuals with learning disabilities/cognitive issues are also addressed.
