Basic Life Support


Level:Level 2

This course teaches learners the essential skills needed to respond confidently in a life‑threatening emergency. It covers recognising cardiac arrest, performing high‑quality CPR, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), managing choking, and placing someone in the recovery position. Learners will also explore scene safety, infection control, and when to call for emergency help.

By the end of the course, learners will understand their role in Basic Life Support and feel confident taking immediate action to help save a life.
